I am a PhD student in International Relations and an officer in the United States Air Force. Prior to coming to Cornell, I have worked in a variety of fields from planning and analysis to special operations. My research interests lie in the intersection of technology and state-level relations, with a particular focus on the effects of technological advancements, their effects on the conduct of war and other military operations, and in how the democratization of advanced technologies will affect the evolution of politics by other means.
